How do I make a return or exchange?
Return Policy
If your purchase does meet your satisfaction you can return your item for an exchange or store credit. The following conditions apply:
1. Shipping cannot be credited.
2. Send an email to arrange for the return explaining the reason for your return. This must be done within 15 days of the purchase date.
3. Merchandise must be in original condition with manufacturer's tags still affixed.
4. Shipping is at customer's expense.
5. Racquets and Clearance Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
